Contacting me

This website has no contact form. If you contact me by email or phone, I process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your enquiry) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). If a business relationship results, I store the data required for it until the statutory retention periods expire (generally seven years, Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, BAO); otherwise I delete it once the enquiry has been dealt with. Email traffic runs through the mailbox at World4You (see “Server data and hosting”).

Server data and hosting

This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, 4020 Linz, Austria. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

Each time the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system. This serves to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after two weeks and are not combined with other data.

The email mailbox is also operated by World4You. The mail server processes the data needed to receive and send emails (sender, recipient, time, content). World4You also deletes the mail log files automatically after two weeks.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and no third-party cookies. A consent banner is therefore not required.

Web analytics and third-party content

I use no web analytics and no tracking. Fonts and graphics are delivered from this server; no third-party content is loaded. No social networks are embedded.

Disclosure, third countries and automated decisions

I do not pass your data on to third parties, with the exception of my hosting provider World4You, which works on my behalf. According to the provider, its servers are located exclusively in EU countries; no data is transferred to third countries. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
